If you’re a woman or college student navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or a major life transition, I want you to know you're not alone, and you don’t have to do it all on your own.

I’m Kaylee, a Licensed Master Social Worker trained in EMDR and passionate about helping women and young adults move through anxiety, trauma, and life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you're facing a recent life change or still healing from something from your past, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I help clients who are:

  • Struggling to set boundaries in relationships or work

  • Managing high levels of stress or anxiety

  • Feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt or emotional exhaustion

  • Questioning their identity, direction, or sense of self-worth

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply supportive. I create a space where you can show up fully—without judgment—and begin to reconnect with your inner strength. I use a trauma-informed lens in all of my work, incorporating EMDR, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and strengths-based strategies to support lasting growth and healing.

You don’t have to keep holding it all together alone. Let’s take the next step together.
