Sharing of Personal Information

We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. This includes all categories of personal information, excluding text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which are not shared with any third parties.

We may share limited information with third-party vendors who help us operate our business (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers), but only as necessary and under confidentiality obligations.

We may also share your information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.

How We Store Your Data

We securely store your data using a combination of HIPAA-compliant and commercially secure platforms, including SimplePractice, Squarespace, and Google Drive.

If you fill out a form through the consultation request button on our website and submit personal health information, that information is transmitted directly through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform designed to protect sensitive health data. In these cases, your information is safeguarded in accordance with HIPAA standards.

However, if you submit information directly through the website (outside of SimplePractice), such as through general contact forms or browsing behavior, that information may be processed and stored using Squarespace and Google Drive, both of which have commercially reasonable security protections, though they are not HIPAA-compliant platforms.

While we take appropriate measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You submit your data at your own risk, and we recommend using the SimplePractice platform when sharing health-related information.
