Kaylee Kennedy

Master’s level Counseling Intern

If you’re a young adult or woman navigating personal, academic, or professional stressors, I’m here to support you. I’m Kaylee, an intern therapist dedicated to helping clients heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, and the lasting effects of trauma.

Are you struggling with:

  • Setting healthy boundaries in relationships or work?

  • Managing overwhelming stress or anxiety?

  • Coping with symptoms of depression and emotional exhaustion?

  • Navigating self-worth, identity, or life transitions?

My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I create a safe, supportive space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My goal is to help you build self-compassion, gain clarity, and increase confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

I’m currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and working toward becoming a trauma therapist under clinical supervision. I use a trauma-informed lens in all of my work and incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and strengths-based approaches to support your healing journey.

You're not alone in this, let’s take the next step together.
